HempTrain™ Technology & Business Licenses Now Available
Canadian Greenfield Technologies Corp. (CGT), is pleased to announce the availability of Technology & Business Licenses for its state-of-the-art HempTrain™ technology. The announcement comes following the full commercialization and proven merit of HempTrain™, and numerous inquiries from the North American and International markets for manufacturing and distributing rights. The Technology & Business Licenses will allow the License Holder to manufacture and distribute HempTrain™ technology/equipment within the defined territory.
The License is exclusive for life and irrevocable for the delineated Territory and will include the supply by CGT the first installation of the HempTrain™ HT-UF Model with optional additions 2A-D, full technology transfer (drawings, specifications, technical know-how), ongoing technical support by CGT engineers in Canada, as well as full access to on-going technological upgrades by CGT. The License will entitle the Licensee to manufacture, distribute and/or operate HempTrain™ exclusively and unconditionally and without limitations within Territory.
HempTrain™ Technology & Business Licenses are available, allowing the License Holder to manufacture and distribute HempTrain™ technology & equipment within territories.
The cost of a License in Canada & the continental US, for a Territory with a population of up to 20,000,000 (20 million) is a one-time, up-front USD $5-6M depending on the geographic location of the selected region (including the cost of the first turn-key HempTrain™ system in the latest model). Each additional license for ANY territory worldwide will cost a one-time, up-front USD$2.3M (HempTrain™ system not included) if the additional territory is still “open” and the additional license is purchased within 1 year of purchasing the first, main License. There will be no royalty or alike whatsoever and no deferred payments. Licenses for territories outside of Canada & the continental US will be priced on the basis of their merits.
HempTrain™ Technology - a "Tesla" of Hemp Processing
CGT’s patented HempTrain™ technology - a "Tesla" of hemp processing- has been identified as a key technology for the growth of the industrial hemp industry, and has been widely accepted and recognized as the only hemp processing technology capable of facilitating mass production of products for high-value markets. Currently, turn-key HempTrain™ installations are available to the open market only in Canada and the United States. The availability of the Licenses will open opportunities around the world, expanding HempTrain’s global presence.
A HempTrain™ installation can produce up to 10,000,000 lbs of high-value products, processing feedstock from some 2,000 – 5,000 acres of hemp (depending on the crop yield). If the entire production is sold, the payback for a HempTrain™ facility could be less than 1 (one) year. Based on the above acreage per a single HempTrain™, the market for HempTrain™ is from 200 to 500 installations per each 1,000,000 acres (400,000 hectares) of hemp farming. This is very conservative once hemp processing infrastructure producing high-value products is in place. Note, that 1,000,000 acres would constitute only approximately 1/900th of the total farmland in the USA or 1/160th in Canada or 1/400th in Australia or 1/100th in South Africa.
About the HempTrain™ Advanced Processing Plant
The HempTrain™ Advanced Processing Plant is the only hemp processing technology capable of separating whole-plant hemp feedstock into all high-value components. A HempTrain™ can separate dry hemp feedstock into long, strong bast fiber, clean, size-specified hurd, and a nutrient-rich green microfiber.
