HempTrain™ utilizes a non-destructive processing system with anti-jamming controls to preserve long, intact fibers up to 36” (1000 mm), maximizing fiber strength and value.

FIBER CLEANING & SEPARATION

Integrated cleaning modules enable efficient hurd-fiber separation, producing cleaner, higher-quality fiber while improving hurd liberation and overall material value.

AUTOMATED BALE INPUT SYSTEM

Equipped with a proprietary Bale Opener, the system processes both square and round bales through a 64” feed window, accommodating diverse hemp feedstocks.

HIGH THROUGHPUT CAPACITY

Designed for industrial-scale production, HempTrain™ processes up to 3,000 lbs per hour (feedstock dependent), supporting continuous, high-volume operations.
