CALGARY, Canada, April 9, 2019- Today, Canadian Greenfield Technologies Corp. (CGT) is pleased to announce expansion of its operations. A dedicated HempTrain™ Assembly Plant, located in Calgary, has opened on April 1, 2019. This new facility with accommodate all aspects of the intended HempTrain™ business line, ranging from engineering to manufacturing.
HempTrain™, commercialized in 2016, is a complete hemp processing platform capable of decorticating and processing whole hemp plants into three unique, high value product streams. Aimed at mass production of bast fiber, hurd fiber, and hemp-derived CBD, HempTrain™ is swiftly becoming the technology of choice in the global hemp industry.
