(CGT) is proud to announce that its Hemp Products Division has been acquired by a business group comprised of prominent businessmen with a distinguished history of success in the cannabis industry. The acquisition, including a HempTrain™ Advanced Processing Plant, supporting facilities and the product lines, has been carried out via the newly formed HEMPALTA INC.
This acquisition recognizes HempTrain™ Hemp Processing System – with its ability to produce high-value products for mass markets – as state-of-the-art technology in the hemp space and the first choice for building a successful hemp business. It is essential for hemp businesses to aim at high-value, mass markets, and away from low-value commodities, to build a successful hemp industry in the current world.
Our Focus is on the Future
CGT’s focus continues to be on providing innovative engineering and manufacturing of HempTrain™ and supporting facilities - for both individual installations, as well as territorial license holdings for HempTrain™ manufacturing and distribution, globally.
CGT is also continuing developments towards enlarging the business footprint for their world-renowned NForce-Fiber® Technology. Divisions involving technologies, manufacture of HempTrain™ and supporting facilities, and NForce-Fiber® remain with CGT.
