CALGARY, Canada – October 6, 2025 – Canadian Greenfield Technologies (CGT) is pleased to announce its first sale of the newest generation of HempTrain™ equipped with CARD Cleaning Module for production of premium fiber.
The facility, purchased by HempAgra, an Iowa-based US company, is scheduled for installation in Spring 2026. CGT will deploy its team of experts to oversee the installation and commissioning of the facility and provide training to HempAgra’s operating personnel, in accordance with CGT’s standard turnkey contract.

The CARD module, now a standard, integrated component of the HempTrain™ system, was engineered to meet growing market demand for cleaner, high-quality long hemp fiber. It achieves fiber cleanliness levels previously unattainable with conventional hemp decortication processes, enabling HempAgra to supply premium fiber to high-value markets such as textiles, composites, and construction applications.
"This project represents a significant milestone for CGT in further expanding the HempTrain™ footprint in the U.S.," said Mike Pildysh, President of Canadian Greenfield Technologies. "The U.S. hemp industry is in its active growth stage, and we are proud that HempTrain™ was chosen again in the US over several domestic and foreign long-established hemp processing technologies."
With this installation, CGT continues to advance its mission of delivering state-of-the art hemp processing solutions opening high-value markets worldwide.
