OUR TECHNOLOGY
HempTrain
The HempTrain™ Advanced Processing System is a state-of-the-art technology that non-destructively and automatically processes baled hemp straw into high-value outputs, including long, strong fibre, spec-sized hurd, and nutrient-rich green biomass microfiber. HempTrain™ enables access to high-value, multi-billion-dollar markets while significantly reducing capital and operating costs at each stage of hemp processing.

OUR TECHNOLOGY
NForce-Fiber
NForce-Fiber® is a hemp-based concrete reinforcement fiber engineered to improve crack resistance, cohesion, and durability in cement-based systems while providing a natural alternative to traditional synthetic fibers. Unlike conventional reinforcement fibers, it is specially treated and sized for optimal dispersion and compatibility within concrete mixes, ensuring consistent performance in demanding structural applications. NForce-Fiber® has been deployed in commercial infrastructure projects globally and is recognized as an ASTM/CSA-compliant hemp reinforcement solution for concrete applications.
